You just have to set up filters and assign each email address to a different label. This works great, as you can color code your labels. I use this to manage 7 or 8 emails and it's great, especially if you have a Blackberry.

Alright newbcakes, welcome to enlightenment.

1) Log on to gmail obviously
2) Settings > Accounts
3) Set up all the accounts for this email page. I have all of my emails forwarded to one central account, and the ability to send emails from different addresses. Example, I am using mitchbones@ but I may send you an email as mitchellrushing@.
4)You can set up gmail with your own domain, if you like boys.
5)Click the Labs tab.
Enable "Offline" "Tasks" "Quick Links" "Super stars" "custom keyboard shortcuts" "Canned Responses" (if your a loser) "Multiple Inboxes"(If you have a lot of screen real estate)
6)SET UP LABELS. What I do, lets say I get an invoice, I'll put it in the label "invoice" then I will remove the inbox label. It is crucial for getting Inbox Zero if your into that sort of thing.
7)If you are super pro, and use firefox, Get this addon

If you're on windows, learn how to set up google applications with Google Chrome. If you don't like using a browser, use Thunderbird.
