I would suggest writing up a contract for the band members to sign. I would also highly suggest meeting up with them in person at a show/concert. If you don't present yourself seriously, they won't take you seriously and just take the shirts and wear them once at a show and that would be it. The best person to talk to about sponsoring bands would be Glamour Kills. I hate tying anyone down with a contract. If either of us (the band or me) slacks on an aspect, I want us to be able to tell them that. If we feel it's not working out for either party, it can be canceled at any time. And normally, I give each member one tee of everything we have available. I've also been working out 'Secondary Sponsorships' lately, for any band available. They all get 35% off merch, and if they take pics of them rockin' it (promos or live), we do light promotion work for them.
