My friend has been holding fight nights at his ranch since high school. Last year a couple of us started to get more into it and trained at his house. He video taped everything and put it on youtube.
Im the skinny one getting pushed around.
Heres a knockout. Amateur boxer against someone thats 40 pounds less than him. Good times.

That guy in the greenish shirt has the windmill punch down perfectly.
I challenge you to a fight on March 21st.

Oh man!
This reminds me of what my friends and I did in our Sophomore year in H.S. Boxing Gloves and all, we had a fight everyday after school in my cleaned out basement.
That lasted for 3 months.
It was pretty cool.
We called it "Box Club"

man, being knocked out is the scariest feeling in the world, next to drowning. ugh
i was in a lot of fights as a kid, and am totally over it.
my friends started a wrestling federation, now known as APW "all premier wrestling". they started out as Apartment Pro Wrestling because they just did it in peoples apartments. It was pretty intense and theyve gotten pretty big in the Northern Va/West Va area. hell, chris jericho was at one of their events.

That was awesome LOL. You guys need to keep your hands a little tighter to your face. And, protect your face when throwing punches. The guy in the light army green kept dropping his hands when he was punching. All you would need to do is sidestep to the left and throw jabs on him and you would get him over and over.
I love competitive fighting. I have a non-exhibition muay thai match on april. 26. Im super excited!

use yr waist and hips to punch. punch from the shoulder. keep yr gloves up- but not so your cant see. snap yr hands back as fast. if not faster than you throw them. and dont forget to move, dance, use yr stance- throw from the back foot but dont get too rooted.
have fun guys- you guys look like yr having loads of fun.
