no, but if you have a skull design, and you want to whore it, just send them an email. just like any other blog, they are always looking for good content.
i pimped my crap over there and they posted it. i also linked some free vectors for use as well. some skulls and wings in there... they posted it, im too lazy to go find it

yey! i wuz in there! and jfinley wuz. the issues are lush- they come in this lush stamped brown evelope/sleeve and with a sticker and sometimes a poster- soooo nice...!

I want to say that I saw some work in there that was used for clients, but I would contact them just to be sure.
