So im trying to make window "clings" (i think is the name for the material) to use as fake parking permits at the apartment complex were at.
We have 3 guys but only assigned 2 permits, so were constantly getting warnings/tickets/towings, and ive just about haaaad it.
can anyone point me to an online resource where I can GET this material?? (its the sticky stuff you can put on the inside of a car window, that you can easily peal on and off)

Maybe you could use like clear contact paper or something

Call this number: (813) 971-8700 [FastSigns, Tampa] Ask to speak with Kelly. If she isnt in, leave a message for her to call you back. If the other bitch gets all bitchy, just politely explain that you were referred to Kelly.
When you do talk to her, tell her that I sent ya.
Tell her that you need a few clear vinyl clings EDGE printed to match one that you already have. Or, if its possible for them to print on the Mimaki [mim-ah-kee] that will be cheaper. Im not sure how opaque the ink is on that though.
Tell her that youll cut them out yourself. Thatll save you some dough too.
Scan in your cling, and go over everything in Illustrator. Send them the artwork. It should be relatively inexpensive as long as youre sending in artwork. Make sure you have your colors in PANTONE.
If you have any questions... just ask.

I was about to say kinkos. And EDGE prints are sublimation so theyre pretty dark.
Window cling is a bitch. It doesnt HAVE to be vector, but itll come out a lot nicer if it is.
I really need to check out fast signs... Do they have a pantone matching system for the edge??? Cuz mine just uses Gerber spot and cmyk..
