okay. i have had my bluetooth graphire wacom tablet for going on two years now. all of a sudden every time i turn it on the pointer goes crazy and is jumping all over the place.
it does this for the mouse and the pen, making it impossible to use. i reinstalled the drivers. restarted my computer like 4 times and it still goes bonkers every time i turn it on. im going crazy. anyone have any ideas on a fix or what could be wrong with it?

yea im thinking along those lines...
i havent done any work lately because im too pissed at my wacom to work without it. i would kinda like to make some money this month so i hope i can fix it.

for real. being without proper tools sends me into a mild depression. good luck man! i feel your pain. by that, i mean, you got STDs too right?
hrm. i remember one of my artists at a job having the same problem. ended up the battery was whacked in the pen. you try hitting the pen with a hammer? or replacing nibs? or using another pen if you have one? shooting in the dark here.

yea- i am a pus-leaking wreck right now. what else could go wrong!?

when i tried to install my trust on mt new laptop i had exactly the same problem- search results pointed to downloading drivers etc. none of which worked- which resulted in me taking my laptop back. Its a common problem apparently- one that has many and no cures. fuck computers. fuck kangaroo devils too.

I had a problem similar to that, but it only happened with the pen and all i did to fix it was switch out nibs

I had a problem kinda like that with the tablet i have at work (non wacom). It would not load the drivers when the computer booted up. To fix it I had to go into my user account preferences and physically tell it to start the tablet drivers when the computer turned on and it has worked since.
maybe yours is doing something similar all of a sudden...

yea i must be a retard because i cant get my pen sensitivity to look like it did in manga in painter x. i hate life.
gabroll said 4 months ago
Methinks it just doesnt work the same. Parameters or whatever aside, Manga is kind of unique when it comes to really great pressure sensitivity.
So thats why Frendens lines are so good! And here I thought he was just a great artist.

frenden switched to painter x.
keep up on the gossip, gawd

there are a few articles is you scroll down relating to offset cursor problems in MS and fixes for both PC and Mac.
I had the same thing happen to me and it was as simple as deleting the tablet preferences. Check it out.

ive been playing with painter x myself...there are too many settings though, I get obsessive about tweaking things I dont even need to tweak
