All Over Printer on East Coast?

So far the best resource for belt printing I’ve found is http://www.t-shirtforums.com/screen-printing/t8891.html but I can’t find anyone on the East Coast. Are all over printers just too hard to find? Or is anyone doing it over on this side of the country?
