Anyone know of any more companies that make seamless tees? Our printers have a problem with printing side prints as it creates a build up ink in the seam and a gap either side where the screen hasn’t reach the shirt. We use Jerzees at the moment for black and white tees with side prints, but their colour range is awful. We’ll be using American Apparel for the newer ones but I thought i’d ask if there’s any more out there that we could consider.

I don’t know of any that are across the board unfortunately, but just in case you didn’t know, sometimes American Apparel shirts are seamless – of course, I don’t know if there’s any way to ask for ONLY seamless ones, but it might be worth checking out?

Yeh i know some of the AA ones are, we’ve got an Aqua one with a side print actually that should look quite nice, but i was just thinking it may be worth asking in terms of price as well as we all know AA aren’t exactly cheap… even on this side of the Atlantic where the dollar’s terrible exchange rate to the pound usually works as well for us as a half price sale!

Don’t know about the quality but Tultex is one brand that carries tubular (seemless) tees.
I think Gildan, Hanes, and FOL also offer seemless tees.
You should have a pretty good selection because I know they’re out there.

Just thought of another seemless tee…
ALTSTYLE apparel makes more than one of their styles without a seem. Check them out.
