just wanted to ask. Do you all use paypal ? or is there another way , have any of you ever used direct to your bank account transactions. Im just trying to figure out the best way to get paid from the US to the UK.. Im in South Africa so cant use paypal which sucks and want to use a friends paypal account in the UK .

      <body>PayPal is the quickest and best option - usually bank fees are much higher or the same as with PayPal and to clear a payment takes quite a while.</body>

      <body>I used paypal to get paid from the US to the UK and it's fine. If it's a larger amount I get them to send a paypal e-cheque instead of an instant transfer. You have to wait longer for the cheque to clear but you only pay $5 commission on the transaction.</body>

      <body>I usually get paid via paypal from the US but also get International Bank Transfers within the European Union and once from Canada too. The main difference is, with paypal you have to pay the expenses, with International Bank Transfers it&#180;s the client, so it depends on them...</body>

This is the cheapest way. 

I've also tried getting a check from a client. It takes a month to clear in my local bank but it's ok since I keep it as savings.  The other good thing about it is there are no fees and I get to keep the money in dollars. </body>

      <body>I'm over using Paypal for business.  I've only used it once or twice but I refuse to cover the Paypal fees.  If I do a tee for $x.xx then I want $x.xx, not $x.xx minus Paypal fees.</body>

      <body>You can also try western union or moneygram but i think direct telegraphic transfer will be around the same in terms of charges.</body>
