trouble with someone on bc

i ordered 2 shirts a couple weeks ago, got one of them in, and the other one was not there, i emailed the guy selling the shirts 5 days ago, and he hasnt replied, any suggested action? i dont wanna drop his name right now because i dont know whats up, maybe hes on vacation, but im just wondering if anyone has any suggestions?
