Sorry, cant help. Too busy fighting in Manticore thread.
But no really, from what Ive seen on here Jimmy (Heartcore) does a lot of shirts for people on Emptees and has amazing quality. (But dont ask him for 24, 6 color print shirts).
I believe this is his site: http://www.printmytees.com/

There are a ton of suggestions I could give you in this topic.
Mainly I would not go directly off of prices to decide who you will go with to print.
Some printshops are super cheap but there is a good chance they use terrible ink and the shirts they use are not the best quality. A lot of printshops that do a great job are reasonably priced.
Check out who their past clients have been--if they have worked with some decent companies there is a good chance they will do legitimate work.
Also, dont be afraid to contact them! Its good to have a positive interaction with the person who is handling your shirts.

When you decide on a print shop. You can save a few bucks by suppling your own shirts and film positives.. just make sure your colour seps are correct!

Id have to disagree with you about saving money by supplying your own shirts. Unless you have a resellers account so that you can get wholesale prices AND live within driving distance of the print shop you decide to go with, theres no way you could supply the shirts cheaper than your printer can get them for you. In addition, most printers by overages, say 10% more than what they actually need, in case of a soiled shirt from the manufacturer, a shirt not coming out looking perfect, etc. these are shirts that the customer isnt paying for. however if the customer supplied the shirts, he would be expected to supply the overage, at cost to him, with little chance of getting them back.
EDIT: I just noticed you work at a print shop too, so I apologize for explaining something to you that you probably already know, but i still dont think in most instances that it would be cheaper for the customer to supply their own shirts.

Im going to disagree with your disagreement. Haha..
If you design and sell shirts (A LOT!!), you can get an account with a wholesaler, no problem. The wholesaler will ship your shirts directly to the print shop of your choice.
If your print shop is fucking up 10% of your run I would find a new printer. That is pretty high, we run at about 3% at the shop I own. It will still be cheaper than buying shirts via the print shop as the mark up is 300%.
Just saying!
Now, if your not running shirts every month or only in it for the minute then yeah just go thru the print shop.. Im just saying how to save some money.. actually a lot of money!
The absolute best ways to keep costs down.. is to print them yourselves!
Cheers..

Ahh, i see, the markup. I didnt factor that in cause when i print i dont apply any markup for the tees. I also tend to print smaller runs, under 100 typically, so a 10% overage is usually just 1-5 shirts percentage wise.

Yeah, it is actually fairly easy to get a wholesale account these days.
