WYD + Eating Kangaroo

Damn the government - when World Youth Day
(ie, World Catholic Youth Day) hits Aus'traya we're not allowed to annoy pilgrims - if so we could get slapped with a $5500 fine. Included in things that are "annoying" are protesting, slogan t-shirts, and skateboarding (wtf).

The funny thing is that by announcing all this it has made people go into overdrive in producing t-shirts.

BTW - Totally don't have anything against Catholics - apart from them parking across our driveway to get their kids from school.

We wouldn't want to protest the fact that taxpayers are paying 86 million dollars for their big ole church fete... that could annoy people.

i can understand why people are angry about the skateboarding issue but i really dont mind about the shirts.

Australians should be happy about the fact that were holding WYD... the world is goin to see the best of australia and hundreds of troubled youngans out there are going to share a spirtual moment... btw im not religious at all haha

Fo shizzle Rikki. I have nothing against tourism - and I can't say the gov. doesn't have the right to fund some of it - because they fund the Olympics and sporting events etc.

But a fine for expressing an opinion is crap... and SKATEBOARDING IS NOT A CRIME!!!

You should check out youtube for Skippy The Bush Kangaroo. That dude will solve crimes, hook you up..anything.
