Firefox

My firefox has just wiped all my bookmarks and passwords and stuff .

and i cant save them . i cant use my url bar / wtf

is this just me !?

   firefox saves backups of bookmarks - this is a known fault of firefox.

   i have completely written off firefox (except when using firebug to debug sites -- safari’s inspector is no replacement).

   firefox 3 is just as slow as ff2 (or slower) on my imac. safari ftw

   firefox 3 works fine for me. The only problem I have is the url bar...

   I don’t find there to be a monumental difference between two and three thus far. I’ve got comcast broadband and loading times have never been a concern of mine.

   This happened to me once I was freaking out.

   Then I realized that my hard drive had filled up, which caused Firefox to f up.

   Is your hard drive full?

   Thats an idea. ive looked now . but ive just re-installed it. and it works fine. it kind sucks losing all the bookmarks and saved passwords so you just have to do it all over again.
