Try a different placement for the text. The symbol is nice and symmetrical. Maybe put the text in the bar connecting the T and F. What kind of sports does this brand cater to?

Oh then you’ve gotta make the fact that the T and F are interlocking (like wrestling, see) better than that. I’m seeing the flares at the bottom turned out instead of in and the letter stems put back to back. Damn now I can’t stop trying to fit T and F together in my mind. Failing a good solution for that you my try a few more options but with a rounder feel as opposed to something so sharp. Think about wrestling’s qualities and how they’re much more organic. This would do better with Motor Cross or something eXtreme but you’ve done a good job for not being an artist..

Being serious. Probably just because I’m so use to everyone saying fail now a days that when I see anything that starts with FA and ends with an L.. I just think fail.
The image you have seems a bit stretched vertically too. I would change that back to being the normal height. Like this:

I think the TF looks pretty good, but your choice of font and placement makes it look like a metal label rather than a sporting one. I’d keep the TF device but make it smaller and put the text in a new font below it.

I doubt you’re going to find anyone on Emptees that’s willing to create an original font for you.
This is just something I threw together in a few minutes with a free font from da. Just keep cracking at it, eventually you’ll get something together that you like.
