when i was a kid i remmeber someone telling me that by the year 2000 these would be available so that everyone could buy them. i believed that for quite some time.
but honestly, why haven't our scientists/engineers made this happen yet? tell me you wouldn't buy this.

When that movie came out I remember there was a rumor they were real and my brother dragged us to every toystore in the state for one!! (and we lived in texas so that was a loooong journey!)
