i thought he looked like dwayne johnson ... ur talking about the guy with the skirt right? haha. such a great show. the hulk is ... not good as a host ... really has an old school vibe to that show, they didn't change much ... I was watching reruns of the old AG last week, it's like the same camera work and everything. haha.

yep, hulk's the host ... and he's horrible, but the rest is pretty cool ... some of the male gladiators are awkward though ... like wolf ... who seriously acts like that? like seriously? who?

IT WAS AMAZING! I am so excited to watch the season unfold. I feel like character "Helga" is under used, I want to see her little girls.

I caught a bit of this and have mixed feelings...
THINGS I LIKE: The challenges are great and remind me of all the old ones I used to watch back when it was only on at 2am on Saturday nights (before it blew up and got huge).
THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE: The contestants. Why do ALL contestants on game shows now have to be a "personality"? It's like they're all over-acting to become memorable. It may work for Deal or No Deal, but this is friggin' American Gladiators. Let the actual Gladiators be the characters, not the contestants.
Overall I think I'll stick to reruns of the original show on ESPN Classic and Ninja Warrior on G4.
