I always pronounced it 'way-com', but Ive heard a lot of people pronounce it 'waa-com', and thats more fun to say to me [sounds like whack 'em], so now I roll with the long A

Its Waa-com.
I have to deal with the Wacom company as part of my job and all the guys there say 'Waa-com'.
