Vid Caps?

Anyone out there want to recommend a good vid cap software for doing photoshop tutorials? I want to do a halftone tutorial and it would be awesome if someone could help me out! (keep in mind i’m on vista .... )

   I used camtasia studio when I did video tutorials, it was good.
