Screen Printing Equiptment

Anyone got a press for sale? I don’t mind a second hand set at all, right now I’m working on a shabby table, and maybe it’s time to upgrade.

Fore warning: I’m in Malaysia, so shipping could be a bitch. Also, I don’t earn as much as you guys, so please go easy. :)

    follow up question for the guys who print stuff: what kind of equipment do you have/recommend?

    and is it safe to say that banking on bands to print shirts is not a smart idea? cause i mean, most bands are pretty broke. do you guys hit up high schools/colleges/churches for continual business?

    It shouldn’t really matter if they print the shirt or not in the end... as long as you get paid for the work you put in.

    true. from a starting up point i’m assuming a person is going to be hitting up all the 'local' bands for some instant business. but chances that they will give you constant cash flow may be slim. But cash is cash. ha

    and on to the serious point,churches give shitty business. they always think they have a bulk order when they get 20 shirts, their shirts are almost always terrible designs, and they rarely have good vector files, i get lots of word and powerpoint from churches.
    at least thats how it is in my area.

    Oh god, the Zoolander joke again... trust me, our Prime Minister does NOT look like a monk, nor functions like one. Far from it. That sniveling scu... nevermind, I rather not say.

    Anyway, true about most churches. But they do have the budget, that’s what the weekly collections are for.
