How do I go about the best route for creating a website strictly for blogging? Something simple and easy to post on nightly. If anyone has seen Will of The Academy Is' blog is basically similar to what i want
thanks in advance

Blogger is damn easy - you can sign up for a custom domain with google through it as well. Dat’s waht I did. Shit is cheap! www.ameeee.com

I guess its really going to come down to how handy you are with CSS and - in some extreme cases - PHP. Unless, of course, you are ok with the Templates/Themes they provide you.

Wordpress all the way for me if you want a 'proper' blog where you control everything, by which I mean you installing the wordpress software on a server rather than using the wordpress.com service.

Tumblr is a lot of fun too, but I don’t really regard it as being for regular blogging activities like creating longer articles, I use it like more of a link blog (here’s my tumblr, for example).

The advantage of Blogger is that Google picks it up right away (as it’s in-house). It’s dead-easy to use from the get-go, but you can’t do nearly as much with it as you can with Wordpress.
