Thanks sam, i was doing the D like that at first place, but i tried to give it a different touch.

<body>You need to be more aware of the negative space between the characters. 'metal hand' is going to be a bit of a slag with this, being that 'metal' has a lot of negative space, especially around the 't', whereas the hand's characters can all be aligned closely together. i would suggest changing the 't', as it is the core problem disrupting the flow of your logo. that said, a good start =]</body>

<body>Sorry man, but I'm still not digging it. Its far too clunky and the letter-forms are still not fitting well together. Creating a really good logotype from scratch is one of the most difficult things to do (at least for me). What you may want to try is start with a pre-determined typeface and then apply your concept to it. I'd look for something that is sans serif and has a &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_face#Monospaced_typefaces"&gt;fixed-width&lt;/a&gt; or at least close to it since the shapes you've made are the same width.

The best shape out of those characters is the H. I think the E, the L and the D are the weakest though. Try simplifying your shapes (maybe the chiseled edge is only on the bottoms of characters or maybe they are all in the same direction?)

Hope this helps.</body>
