not bad overall. since you asked ill give you my critique...
1. the body copy has super ragged edges, taking the point size down 1 or 2 points should fix that.
2. it looks like the far right column has a larger point size, dont do that, keep it the same as the other two, and if you want to wrap that text around that little squiggle, use a text wrap dont just hit return manually until it kinda fits.
3. the skull and crossbones are making it look a bit more punky/horror than the used are. i would throw some color and different imagery in the background to make it jump out a little more.
i agree with what skully said, great tip on the text wrap.i would avoid a serif for body copy (preference). maybe force format the paragraphs too so it fits the collums. looks like you got more space to the right than between your gutter and the text, id make that space even.
black background def needs something in the back. some accent color would be nice too.
spellcheck!
love the movement and the squiggly lines, looks legit.
yeah its a brush, ill see if i can shoot you an email with it. The only problem is its pretty small. Your best bet is to find a large image of some clouds, then change it to threshold. From that cut out the black or what(what ever looks cooler) then just cut that out of the image.

I think it would be better if the black and the photo kind of blended together a little bit.

i think blending the photo like that adds a lot. Not exactly like that but i had a few seconds to mock it up.
