Anyone else love watching them? Been addicted to watching them for the past 2 months. Can’t get enough of Death Note or Blood+ but my all time fav is Neon Genesis Evangelion. Crazy name for a crazy anime!

Azumanga Daioh is a big favorite of mine but I think it’s too goofy for most people. I’ve never listened to the dub; the voice actors in Japanese are so good that I’ve never bothered.
Naruto has also been real near and dear to me but I haven’t caught up with it in forever.

I’ve never watched the dub - I’m one of those dickheads who likes to watch stuff in the original with subtitles. Plus, I still have a pretty good handle on Japanese.
Sometimes it’s pretty corny but I think with Naruto you have to start at the beginning - the first episode is always a big tear jerker for me.

Yes, it is. Well, there are some very corny, overemotional digressions... in between epic fights to the death. It’s a complex plot with many side stories.

well, you do have a point..after seeing countless dubs, i won’t try the dubbed version anymore, if i can go straight to the japanese seyius. also, if you played soul calibur and checked both voice streams, you understand why i can’t stand them dubs.
death note has one of the best endings in anime:)

I like Neon Genesis simply because the Evas are excellent when it comes to character design, and the stroy line is pretty amazing to. I also like Cowboy bepop and Samurai champloo. These are really the only three I watch otherwise I’m not to big on the whole anime culture.

HA! saw them all. some are mediocre (street fighter and gungrave, which was killed by the game and the ending). you need to see better ones.:)

Gungrave is great, the first 17 episodes are just excellent after this it’s just cool (lot of gunfights) but i’m okay for the games, they suck.
And have you seen "Shin Angyo Onshi" ? That’s great, with a hero like Guts in Berserk (not physically, more emotionnaly).

nope. the most episodes i’ve seen in a row is 30..from about 9 in the evening till the morning. but that was back in the day...when i could afford such a waste of sleep
