My city is sinking!

It was raining heavy for about 24 hours since last night 'til until this afternoon. <img src="http://20.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_kqks15lCrt1qa5v63o1_500.jpg" /> Tons of people stranded all over the metro. Sleeping in their cars, trapped in flooded streets. My dad just heard from a friend whose daughter in law is about to give birth but is trapped in the 2nd floor of her house. They can only leave and go to the hospital by boat. It's crazy! Thankfully, my family is safe.
