DBH rejects my submission

I don’t know what’s the problem. I have sent it twice and all I got is this:

"We’re sorry but your design has been rejected and will not post to our submissions gallery for one or more of the following reasons:

Your design has already been submitted or published at another location.
Your design contains intellectual property of a third party or otherwise infringes on a third party’s intellectual property rights.
Your design was not formatted properly for submission.
Your design contains material that is deemed overly offensive, vulgar, crude, or inappropriate by the Design By Humans staff.
Your design does not meet DBH quality standards."

I’ve seen worst entries so I know it’s not a quality matter. Any idea?

   pic is from stock.xchng, I think I’m allowed to use it since it’s free stock. And I see many other people using stock pics.

   honestly you should take it as a critique and go back to the drawing board, rework it and come with something even better! Doesn’t make sense posting it on DBH only to get -6 votes(if you’re lucky).

   PS - I cringe at stock pics...I’m an artist so I think everything on a piece should be drawn or at least uniquely edited.

    If only there was some website where people could upload designs and they’d be printed regardless of these crazy rules. It could be some kind of site where you’d put 'stuff on the internet'.

    I don’t really think it is a matter of quality of the artwork. I’ve seen a lot of awful submissions on DBH.
    And the use of stock pics... just think about collisiontheory... he uses them a lot and doesn’t hand draw anything and he owns the contest

    right but clearly they aren’t using CT as the gauge for the REST OF THE SITE. I do wish they would only give you the reason it was rejected not all the reasons it could be rejected.

    I would like to know what DBH quality standards are because I can see a lot of designs that are shit (even winning ones). Maybe it’s not winning material, but not even for entering the contest??
