1. Hold CTRL and click on Thumbnail of RGB or Grayscale Channel to select white. Inverse select.
2. Hold ALT and click on Make Selection from Path in Paths Palette. Use 1-4 Tolerance.
3. Hold CTRL and click on Thumbnail New Work Path to select. Fill on new layer.
