Typically in the industry, there are two sets of screens burned. One for women, and one for men. So each set must fit through Small to XXL. So check these out. The one below show how a 19x25 jumbo print will fit on our blanks. Our blanks are custom, but it's safe to assume that most manufacturers follow the same guidelines on seams, etc. So, to design best to fit the span of all the sizes, it's best to drop in your art, and size it accordingly, or even better, design and size from the beginning, as when you scale images, it has a tendency to get pixelated which results in more difficult separations, which equates to sometimes less ideal seps. <a href="http://www.designbyhumans.com/downloads/size_template.psd"><img src="http://www.designbyhumans.com/downloads/designguide/sizetemplate.jpg" /></a> The other template I uploaded is just a basic Large shirt flat with highlights/shadows.
