yea to me it looks like you just traced over it and added a beard on top. I know you prob dont care because your from the same “team” but IMO, people will look at this and think finley and not oliver. At least thats what I thought
no theres some differences, I like the eyes and teeth. They beard doesnt fit that well with a skull face, i dont know about that, but the texture is cool

nah. different skull. if anyone thinks it’s jeff, it’ll be because of the hair. i would have done that myself but there was a bit of a time crunch.
this is an oliver joint, not a finley joint. but maybe because i’m also a part of that “team” my opinion might be questionable. anywho… i’m waiting to see a medal on the top right corner of that picture in the next few days. this design is awesome.

If they all work for gomedia and that is the style they are producing, then good for them.
If presented as independent artists obliviously there would be some question as to the many similarities.

Like I say to myself "Just Fucking Draw it!" which is what I did - except they were in pieces and Oliver used em to assemble a pretty gnarly beard.

yeah, i draw all of my stuff out by hand and trace it in illustrator. Im just amazed how much that beard looks like actual ink. Killer work.
