I think that part of the reason to wear this shirt is the shock factor. People see girly colors and when they get up close on it, it's something gruesome. You want that on the front, because the reactions are part of the fun of wearing it. Also, having someones back on the front and someones front on the back just seems backwards to me. I dunno.
