Haha I did the original drawing pretty big to begin with and I usually can tweak the auto trace enough to achieve what I need. I usually use an assortment of ink pens, micron and even gel point bic pens, etc. I use india ink occasionally + definitely for large spaces. I don't use anything specific, I usually use cheap drawing paper. Though, if I want to keep a nice drawing then I might use bristol or illustration board, but I'd be spending too much if I did that with every tee shirt design. Hell, I have 2 pads of Bristol that I've had for over a year that I haven't used.
