I know what you mean about the pastiche thing on here- im not a massive fan either. There are two kinds at the mo': the paramore twee pastel yellow kind (see this site) and the 80's black electro kind (see electriksuicide.com).

Coz im totally digging the electriksuicide stuff at the mo- personally- i like super ironic tees (like choppers/usa flags, 'born free' slogans, eagles over mountains- that kind of thing) AND i super love cats!

and as for sucking up- moi- never!

and this person works for supperskinny or something- not threadless- unless...yeah ok just checked: skinnycorp is threadless...

...in that case- hey- seeing as i like your cat t-shirt will you give me shed loads of money/kudos/t-shirts from threadless for the design i have never ever submitted please? (this is a jape).

i did this design for 2 reasons. 1 mainly being that i am normally more of an illustrator and dont use photo stuff very often. i was trying to expand my horizons a bit. you can check out some of my other work here since i havent had time to post it yet. or something like that 2 when i design a shirt for me its all about the placement and just making something (threadless) hasnt really seen before. ive been lurking here for a little bit now and i have read all the stuff everyone is saying "its all the same" "only pun shirts win" nextly sucking up to me isnt going to do you any good since im pretty low on the totem pole. i think the most you could get out of me is a high five and maybe like a sticker, but thats a good reason for me to come here. though i recognize a lot of people from threadless its mostly fresh faces and i can get some honest feedback. ill prob change it to i work for skinnycorp o throw a few people off
