   this rules dude... I would make the cone the same color as the darker gold... and make the gold a little more orangy and less yellowy and it would work, this is great though

   I really like this - me personally, though, it feels a little off balance to me with the candy canes so low. Maybe have something else going on higher up, or move the candy canes?

   ye i understand about the colours i was in two minds this was only my first attempt at the colour compisition i intend to change it round a fair bit

   Agreed. Also, I think it could use some highlights in the ice cream parts. The shadows are good, but it feels a bit flat without some sort of light area.
