The composition throws me off. I reckon because "Beatles" is red, that it doesnt need to be bigger than the other words because its already where your eyes go. I reckon go simple with it.

Oh ok then...I like the original better. I think this is too complicated. The idea behind the other shirt is that you dont even need to say "The Beatles"..thats what makes it cool.
Sorry for the biatchness, but The Beatles are one of my all time favourite, grew up listening to bands...and I love typrography.. with the two being combined I can be a critical cow.
What makes the angle so clever is that it doesnt have to mention the band name. Which is what Id suggest removing here if it wasnt already a shirt.
Ive seen others that are funnier still because theyre based on TV instead of music like naming the brady bunch characters or the 3 stooges or something.
edit: saw that yet another version of this angle was linked above sorry for being redundant.
there is a reason to write THE BEATLES under their name bcoz before that i too know the shirt u gave me the link
thats why...
& then i dont wwant to b called PLAGIATE or RIPPER sometin lik that.

I think the alignment needs a bit of tightening. It might balance better if you went
THE BEATLES
JOHN.PAUL.
GEORGE&
RINGO.

Why is there only a period after John and Ringo?

Definitely not trying to summon the manitcore here but there have been PUHlenty of shirts recently that use the band member name angle. For instance:
