This character was based off of a three-headed troll I drew for an ad a looooong time ago (which I never really used), who now just has one head and is generally referred to as "Hungry Eye". It's rising out of pink waves just off the coast of a major city.
Also, this shirt can be interpreted as I WILL BRING THE PARTY TO YOU. LET'S DO THIS. It's pretty open.
Done with Autoline inks, it's hell of soft and measures in a bit below 16" x 20".
