I uploaded this design a while ago, but I have changed it and added some "flare" to the clown now.
i HATE clowns ...
as do I...but, I tried to make him into a clown that you’d want to hang out with....
lol, i told circus I’d only do a clown design for them if i could punch the clown in the face in the design ... ended up somebody else bought it.

I like this a lot. I think that it might look a little better if you made the hat a different color than his puffy hair.
