   it looks good except for the stroke and drop shadow make it look like it’s just placed on top and floating.

   I like this alot, only thing that doesnt sit right with me is the green to black gradient in the "R", i think if you changed the black to blue ( kinda like the reverse of the gradient in the blue/green diamod ) it would tie it all together a bit better... all in all tho its tight work!

    yah that was intentional so that it stands away from the back ground. I kinda like it floating... Its out of the norm : )
