This is a design that I came up with which was inspired by traditional tattoo art. The meaning is "The Judgement of Evil." In tattoo art the Ape represents Evil and the Dagger, Judgment. This was hand drawn and colored in Photoshop and Illustrator. I plan on printing these in 2 colors and hope to have them ready in a couple of weeks. Will update with details.

The realistic ape doesn’t really match the traditional tattoo art styled elements.
Also, mock this up on a shirt. Don’t just post the design.

love it, but i agree with geoff, the realistic ape head doesnt mix in, maybe try illustrating a trad style ape head? and also, mock it on a shirt kos id love to see how it would look mate

Thanks for the comments guys. Yeah, I actually started out with the ape being less realistic but felt I wasn’t able to pull off the likeness of the ape. It was just looking like some kind of monster so that’s kinda how the design ended up where its at. I had done some research and looked for reference materials for the more traditional style ape but didn’t find anything that I liked.
