Then I slapped a texture heavily on the distant ones and lightly on the mid-ground ones. I hear you though, the piece works best if everything BUT the robot is historically accurate. In hindsight I suppose I just married the clock to the image of the tower to illustrate the "midnight" aspect of the "midnight ride."
