Threadless entry awaiting approval. This one is just a quickie, more of a test on how to make a fake 3D effect...

out of the bunch "meet me" looks most like a threadless print. I wouldn't be surpised to see "Sawdust and Diamonds" is printed!

we'll see... if they dont print sawdust, im considering printing it myself. i feel like i need 5 more shirt designs and right now i only have 1 for my own line. not too expensive considering the low ink count.

I think alot of the contests keep the ink count in mind too. If you can knock out a kick ass one color it's got a great shot of getting printed.

i agree. i was thinking about writing an article on that. too many people just throw a bunch of colors in a design without knowing that each color/gradient increases the cost of the design.
one color kickass design sounds like an add to to-do list. thanks for the idea! :)

my favorite of yours lately. Nice to see simpler designs from you too!

now jimiyo, im going to ask you, whats with the current trend of eyes on pyramids? i understand the meaning, but i've been seeing them everywhere lately, even in my own work i've used them over the last month. i'm curious to hear your reasoning behind it :)
either way nice simple design, good to see you mixing it up.

my reason for the eye of providence is because of my affinity for religious symbolism. not that im religious.
it stands for the God keeping an eye on mankind.
this one, i admit was purposely made to reflect trends. i was a total trendwhore on this one.
popular imagery, plus there seems to be an interest in 3d stuff.
as far as why other people use it? dunno. i dont even know if they know it represents God.

ha yeah, i used it upside down in http://www.emptees.com/tees/6221-and to represent chaos etc. and the false sense of security, i was just curious as to your reasoning behind it. And yeah sometimes you have to be trendy, have to get it out of your system.
