   and are there any special settings u would suggest to get the most life like image

   yeah, color overlay would work if you are doing it in photoshop.

   as far as settings go, it all depends on the effect you are looking for and how the shirt is being printed.

   i just tried filling a new layer with color and put it to screen, that works also.
