   dude.. diggin the ideas so far.. keep them coming! but you should get rid of the blue splatter it looks more like paint than water.. it seems like he got hit by paintballs. Maybe try and make it seem like his armpit and up is above water.. put some waves maybe? sick idea btw.. i’d go around pretending i’m drowning on air with this tee.
