After spending a couple of days in Santa Cruz I was all Jim Phillips’d up and started doodling my own little homage to skateboardings finest era in the form of the third un-coolest urban sport known to man (after micro-scooters and in-line skating in tight denim shorts). I tried to use lines and halftones to colour it like some of the old masters like JP, Bernie Tostenson and John Grigley did back then. Not that this is anywhere near as good as those guys of course.
Up for grabs if anyone wants it.

I saw the preview and knew it was you... I dont like it though :( I love the style, i just dont like the design. Do you use a tablet?

I don’t use a tablet, i’m all about scanning and live trace and selling stuff like this until I can afford a tablet..
