Through some in-depth research, I found that the first boombox was created in London circa 1884. Composed entirely of wrought iron and candles, this rare gem was forgotten over the course of time, only to coincidentally be reinvented and popularized 100 years later.
This is my tribute to that first boombox, lovingly made for Exact Science Clothing in San Francisco.

usually i hate boomboxes and cassette tapes cause they are so played out. nice to see you just didnt go and use some shitty leveled photo or stock vector. WOrd to your mother! this is great.

I agree with Jimiyo. I love finding designs that take an otherwise generic theme and redefine it. Nice!

Very good job. I second all the comments about taking an otherwise overused idea and reinventing it. Keep it up!

very nicely done! the mics could have been crossed instead to get a more cohesive composition though, but other than that, i think its AMAZING!
