Drawn with my tablet and Illustrator CS3. Holy fuck I love the eraser tool.

3 colors + white base on a cream shirt.

Would probably look pretty sweet as a one color too.

    I think this would benefit from being larger and maybe just the tiger. There is some much great detail in the face of the tiger to let go to waste as a small print.

    Pretty sure that’s a lion, what with the mane and all. I think the face should be bigger as well to really punch all the detail. I’d keep the mane though...

    Thanks for the input guys. It is indeed a lion, but as it developed I did notice the similarities to a tiger in the muzzle area. Maybe I should just call it a liger?

    I’ll mock up a version with just the face and a bigger all over version when I get out of work. There was an all over version that was interesting, but in the end I opted for this one.

    What’s the etiquette for posting updated versions? Should I put them this post or can I post a new thread if the differences are significant enough?

    i like this and your other version too.
    considering you have great work i dont think people will mind u posting updated versions in new threads...i guess as long as there arnt like 6 revisions posted ;p

    and i will have to agree, although your new version is great, i really appreciate this one too, for the colors and placement...just the tiger could use being bigger...perhaps make the whole design bigger on the shirt, then the tiger bigger after that as well...

    but like i said before in another thread, really like your style!
