Never underestimate the power of what at my work we call the 'stripe tee' which are usually logo based designs that go across the chest like a stripe. It seems like youre trying to make up for something by repeating the logo, I think one logo across the chest, at the angle you have it but a little higher, would be a simple, strong, and successful design on tour.
The type could still use some work though. The 'R' doesnt fit in with the style of the other letters so fix that. Make the 'D' more like a triangle or > sign or a lower case 'd' that fits under the arm of the T. Im not sure how well a triangular D will fit with the R though...hm.
Anyways, The E looks too much like an F. Either extend the bottom arms of the E to fit inside the 'T' or flip it vertically and bring the arm of the T over into the E. And Bring the grey shadow up the same distance behind the red that the red is behind the black.
Hope that helps!
