   seems a little odd with the blade just floating there. If it is intended for it to be leaning on the heart then maybe a shadow would help.

   Ahh... good call. The scalpel is supposed to be embedded on the "floor" in front of the heart. But I definitely see your point.

   i like this man :] theres only a few things i have problem with:

   the "name branded" thing is realy offputting, i reckon get rid of it

   the splatter seems really .. stocky? i dont i know how else to say it, but im not feeling it

   the shirt colour doesnt really fit the design, i suggest putting it on a different colour

   besides those few things, i like it :]
