I want to start up a surf brand sometime to combat all of the crappy Pac Sun brands.
Or at least hang in the rank gallows of crapdom with them.

Shit, maybe I will use this for something else. Until then, this is going to be for my non-existent surf brand, Quilt.

i love this, this is SICK! dude, I want you to know, I respect you (as well as EZ) as far as what you guys are doing. If my execution on these shirts was half what you two were doing I’d be making quite a bit more than I make now wrenching on bicycles.

is the text going to be printed or sewn on? i think sewn on would be cool as kindof a vintage punk-rock feel, but printed would look good with this piece as well.

Yeah, there’s no real correlation.
I was going to make up a story about a kid finding a quilt wrapped around a surfboard in his grandfather’s attic. Then follow the quilt through the kid’s life. Print that on the inside of the back of the shirt for the first series. I think it would blow people’s minds.
I don’t see the correlation between the book, “To Kill a Mocking Bird” and skate boarding. Can someone explain Atticus to me?

Seriously. Someone needs to start a cool, original surf line. I mean Volcom has some quality stuff once in a while, but they’re the only ones doing anything semi-solid for that market (to my knowledge).
