When I submitted my first tee I got blasted and just removed it. I studied what gets submitted here and it is really, really, good stuff. So I bought a Wacom tablet, painter X, and started to draw. I did the Hamburglar first and subbed it as a critique. So here is my first official t-shirt in this style. Its not great but not bad for only two weeks of practice. I did this for “Toys for Tots” contest at Collarfree. It is to raise awareness during their Holiday Drive in San Diego. Tot For Toys: The mission of the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys from October through December and then distribute those toys to needy children in the community as Christmas presents. ............... <a href="http://breathewords.com/details/?p=158"> View sketches and the making </a> I'm aware Zombie related tees get a lot of hits, but sometimes softer themes need to be done for specific purposes (laugh) :) I hope you like it!

Made this for Ezra of All Souled Out. All done in Illustrator. That teddy bear is rocking Vanilla Ice’s signature Nike Blazers yo! EDIT updated tee. bigger head, All Souled Out label on the tongue of the shoes, baggier shirt, changed the smoke, fuzzied up the hat, added stitching to the seams, put TONS of detail in to the cigarette, added shadows from smoke/cigarette/bottle, fixed shadows on the hand holding the 40 ounce, changed shirt color to red, moved text off of teddy shirt. EDIT updated, reduced number of colors to 6 for printing reasons, changed smoke, reset to original text! :D this is the final version. These will be printed on american apparel 2001 heather grey and brown.
